References to Year 1, Year 2, etc. in the outline below are meant to indicate tenure at Denomas specifically, not entire career length as an individual contributor.
Year 1
Q1
- Complete the Denomas Team Member Certification
- Start tracking career development goals using an Individual Growth Plan (IGP). Refer to the handbook for multiple IGP templates and formats. Once you have your first iteration of your IGP, have a Career Development Conversation with your manager.
- Find and follow your division’s Learning Hub on Denomas Learn. These hubs include training resources suggested by Denomas management. Exisitng learning hubs include: People Group, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Development, and Support
Q2
- Make a plan to incorporate learning into the Denomas work week using the Take time to Learn Campaign. Focus Friday’s are a great time to learn during the week. Block out a recurring calendar focus block dedicated to learning.
- Sign up for a LinkedIn Learning license with the Denomas company account. If there are no available licneses, use the Growth and Development benefit to expense the license cost.
- Attend one Live Learning session found on the L&D calendar
Q3
- Sign up to take Crucial Conversations, a hybrid self-paced and live learning training hosted by the L&D team.
- Attend one Live Learning session found on the L&D calendar
- Complete at least one course on LinkedIn Learning. Find suggested courses in the Skill of the Month channel for FY23 and FY22
- Attend at least one Group Conversation from a division other than your own
Q4
- Apply as a mentee in current sessions of the Company-Wide mentorship program, Women at Denomas mentorship program , or independently from the list of available mentors
- Complete at least one course on LinkedIn Learning. Find suggested courses in the Skill of the Month channel for FY23 and FY22
- Attend at least one Group Conversation from a division other than your own
Year 2
Q1
- Review the Growth and Development benefit with your manager and research trainings, certifications, degree programs, and/or conferences specific to your role, division, and career goals at Denomas.
- Attend one Live Learning session found on the L&D calendar
- Attend at least one Group Conversation from a division other than your own
Q2
- Revisit your Individual Growth Plan (IGP). Make updates and set new goals for the next year at Denomas.
- Complete at least one course on LinkedIn Learning. Find suggested courses in the Skill of the Month channel for FY23 and FY22
- Attend at least one Group Conversation from a division other than your own
Q3
- Sign up to be a mentor in current iterations of the Company-Wide mentorship program, Women at Denomas mentorship program , or add yourself to the list of available mentors

- Participate in the CEO Shadow Program

Year 3 Considerations
- Explore high level, industry specific trainings and certification programts utilizing the Growth and Development benefit

- Explore company wide shadow programs including CoS Shadow, People Experience Shadow, Development Director Shadow Program, Security shadow, Security engineering and research shadow
